C2Care uses TeamViewer to remotely manage your equipment if necessary. Using the application on your computer or phone does not allow us to take control or access your data without your consent. So there’s no way we’ll connect without you in front of the station.

The remote handling application is called C2Care Support on computer and QuickSupport on phone.

If you do not find these applications on your devices, download them and follow the standard installation procedure.

On a Windows or Mac computer

  • Click on the button to download the file
  • Open the downloaded file
  • Allow it to launch on your computer if necessary

On phone or Android tablet

  • Click on the button to download the file
  • Open the downloaded file (accessible from the My Files application)
  • Click on install
  • Open the application from the Apps menu
Your application is now installed. If you require assistance, please contact our technical service. The technician will certainly offer you to launch the TeamViewer application to take control of your computer and / or phone. If you lease the phone to C2Care, the TeamViewer application is pre-installed. On the other hand, if it is a personal smartphone, you must download it from the PlayStore of the phone.
