The C2Care environments make it possible to recreate speaking situations feared by the patient and to gradually integrate them during the sessions.
The patient can practice in front of an audience whose size and reactions the practitioner adjusts, speak in an amphitheater or conference room, or even be confronted with the presence of an audience in a public place. An evening context also allows you to work on integrating into a group and interacting with new people.
These situations can be repeated and gradually integrated into the practitioner's protocol in order to work with the patient on anticipatory anxiety and catastrophic thoughts associated with speaking.
