General Service Conditions : Refers to these general Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, which are unconditionally accepted by the Client before confirming their Order;
Service : Refers to the public service of connection and assistance offered by C2Care, as detailed on the C2Care website or by C2Care customer advisors during subscription. The content of the Service is described on the C2Care website, with a minimum commitment period for the C2Care Offer of 3 months.
Client : Refers to the Client who has subscribed to the C2Care Service.
Healthcare Professional : Refers to a licensed healthcare professional who complies with the applicable ethical and professional obligations.
Pricing conditions : Refers to the fees applicable to the Service.
Subscription : Refers to the subscription made by the Client to the Service.
Price : Refers to the amount payable by the Client to C2Care following the subscription to the Service.
Website : Refers to the C2Care website accessible at the URL C2Care.
These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the terms and conditions applicable to any Subscription to the Service.
Their content – along with the subscription terms and conditions, which constitute the specific conditions – has full contractual value between the Client and C2Care (excluding any other sales conditions, documents, or correspondence exchanged).
By ticking the designated box (“I accept the T&Cs”), after being invited to read these General Terms and Conditions, the User unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Updates to the T&Cs may occur at any time at the discretion of C2Care, with the applicable version available at : C2Care
C2Care offers a Service under a commitment specified on the Website at: C2Care.
This Service requires an internet connection. C2Care cannot be held responsible if this connection is faulty or unavailable for the provision of the Service.
If this Service involves the rental of a virtual reality headset, delivery is only possible to Clients residing in Metropolitan France.
Prior to a Subscription, the Client may be asked to answer various questions so that C2Care can best guide them and connect them with the healthcare professional whose profile is most suitable. The Client agrees to answer these questions honestly.
Subscription to the Service is not available to minors, individuals with a psychiatric condition, those experiencing suicidal thoughts, those in a psychological emergency, individuals with a mental illness, or those required to undergo therapy by court order.
The Subscription to the Service may include the delivery of a box, which the Client receives at the postal address provided during the Subscription. At the end of the subscription, the Client must return the box using the provided return label.
The Subscription may also include remote sessions with a practitioner, to be booked on a monthly basis. If the appointments for the month are not booked, they will be considered forfeited at the end of the month. Any missed session without at least 48 hours’ notice will be considered as having taken place.
The Client is free to use the software made available.
At the end of the minimum 3-month period, the Client will have the option to either terminate their commitment or continue it automatically on a monthly renewal basis.
If the Client has selected an offer that includes equipment, in the event of termination, the Client has 14 calendar days to return the virtual reality headset in its designated box along with all provided accessories, namely: 2 controllers, 1 USB power adapter, 1 USB-C 2.0 Data Cable, and 2 controller straps.
The Client must complete the termination form. The prepaid return label will be sent by email – the Client must print it and attach it to the package for return.
Upon receipt of the package, or if the package is not received within 14 calendar days, the Client will be charged for each missing or damaged item as follows:
1 virtual reality headset: €500 including VAT
1 controller: €90 including VAT
1 USB power adapter: €20 including VAT
1 USB-C cable: €20 including VAT
1 double USB cable: €20 including VAT
The Pricing Conditions are stated in Euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC); the Pricing Conditions are presented on a monthly basis (“per month”), with a minimum commitment period of 3 months.
C2Care is free to modify the prices at any time at its sole discretion; however, the Price payable by the Client for their Subscription remains the one in effect at the time the Subscription is confirmed.
Payment of the Price is made on the subscription date for a monthly payment with a minimum commitment of 3 months. Payment is made by credit card.
At the end of their Subscription, the Client will receive the invoice corresponding to their purchase by email. It is the Client’s responsibility to keep this invoice as proof if needed.
The Service is available immediately upon Subscription, according to the schedule agreed with the customer advisor, who will contact the Client by email.
The Client has a legal 14-day withdrawal right from the date of Subscription, provided the virtual reality headset has not been used and no remote practitioner appointments have been scheduled. Otherwise, the service will be considered fully performed, and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The Client may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending a written request to sales@c2.care. If the withdrawal is legally accepted, C2Care will fully refund the Price actually paid at the time of Subscription, provided that the Client returns the received package in its original packaging with all contents unopened. The return shipping costs will be borne by the Client.

The Client agrees to provide C2Care with truthful information about their situation, in particular confirming that they do not fall under any of the exclusion criteria for Subscription mentioned in Article 4.4 above; C2Care can never be held responsible in the event of false statements or a Subscription by a Client whose situation would normally render them ineligible.
C2Care is not a medical service; the practitioners with whom the Client may be connected are not healthcare auxiliaries. It is the Client’s responsibility to consult any competent medical professional in the event of illness, depression, psychological disorders, suicidal thoughts, or self-harm; C2Care cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from a lack of medical treatment or follow-up. Furthermore, C2Care and the practitioners are not responsible for directing the Client to the appropriate medical personnel, and no liability can be incurred in this regard.
C2Care shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper handling of the virtual reality headset and accessories provided in the box ordered by the Client.
No liability shall be incurred for the total or partial non-performance of an obligation if it results from a case of force majeure within the meaning of French law and jurisprudence, from the other party, or from the unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party to the contract (in particular, in the event of disruption of transportation means or telecommunication networks).
C2CARE is not an emergency service. In case of an emergency, call 112. In case of suicidal risk, the national suicide prevention number is 3114.
The Client is required to provide personal data about themselves, which is collected by C2Care. The Client can review C2Care’s personal data protection policy on its Website; the Client may, in particular, exercise their rights of access, rectification, and objection, if applicable, by contacting C2Care directly via the contact form.
All communications between the Client and the practitioners are strictly confidential; conversations are not recorded, and any data resulting from the sessions is not shared with any third party.
C2Care owns all industrial property rights associated with the name C2Care and its Website. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation of these rights is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.
The nullity, unwritten nature, expiration, lack of binding force, or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the other provisions, which shall remain fully effective.
The T&Cs and the Subscription are governed by French law, to the exclusion of any other legislation.
For the performance of these Terms and their consequences, and unless otherwise stipulated, the Client elects domicile at the address provided during their Subscription and must ensure mail forwarding in case of relocation.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Subscription, the interpretation, or the performance of these Terms and their consequences, the Parties shall attempt to reach an amicable agreement before any judicial proceedings. Any legal dispute shall be brought before the Court of Toulon.
